Normally, concrete producers used "Pozzolanic Material" in making the pozzolanic reaction with Calcium Hydroxide during cement hydration process. There are 3 main types of Pozzolanic Material, which are Fly Ash, Silica Fume and Metakaolin. METAPLUS is considered to be a kind of "Metakaolin" which is a pozzolanic material used in making "Rapid Pozzolanic Reaction" with Calcium Hydroxide formed during cement hydration process. It can enhance the concrete performance in terms of the followings:

Metakaolin has its superior quality over Fly Ash in terms of followings:
1) Size - The Micron of Metakaolin is considered
to be very small compared to Fly Ash, thus, it could make "A RAPID"
pozzolanic reaction compared to Fly Ash, which has the larger micron. Based
on this, we could see that in the normal condition, the mixure of only 10%-15%
Metaplus in Portland Cement will enhance the quality of the concrete efficiency,
while using Fly Ash, we might need to mix Fly ash around 30%-40% in Portland
Cement to enhance the quality of Concrete.
2) The Compressive Strength - due to the small particle of Metakaolin, it could enhance the compressive strength of Concrete faster than Fly Ash. We can see the exact difference in 28 days when using Metakaolin compared to the Fly Ash. However, for compressive strength in the short period, which is 3 or 7 days the different might not be much affected.
When talking about Silica Fume and Metakaolin, their characteristics are quite similar. In terms of the size, the Micron of Silica Fume is EVEN smaller than Metakaolin. However, since the micron of Silica Fume is too small. It cannot disperse freely in the water compared to Metakaolin. The tiny micron of Silica Fume will combine each other and results in the Micron which is exactly almost equal to the Micron of Metakaolin. Based on this, we can say that the small micron of Silica Fume is NOT their selling point.
Besides, in terms of color, Silica Fume has dark color while Metakaolin has Ivory-white color. Based on this, Metakaolin might be more suitable for the decorative purpose.
According to the test result, it indicates the superior quality of Metakaolin over Silica Fume, especially Pozzolanic Reaction. Thus, it is the most suitable mineral admixture used to produce high-performance concrete and considered to be "The Substitute of Silica Fume or Microsilica". Based on this, we are proud to present you the METAPLUS for your concrete application. We are sure that it would be very suitable for the concrete producers or RMC plants who seek for the "high quality concrete" in their applications.
Metaplus packing is available in 20 KG as standard. Besides, the packing of 250 KG, 500 KG and 1 MT are available as well.
